Dendrobium (石斛 Shí Hú)
Slightly cool in nature. It enters the stomach, kidney and lung meridians.

Ideal for individual experiencing :
• Dryness : Severe thirst, parched mouth from illness, dry throat, dry cough.
• Stomach Yin Deficiency : Low appetite, stomach pain.
• Kidney Yin Deficiency : Low back pain, weak knee, dull vision.
• Other : Post-illness weakness, night sweats.
Precautions
· Not recommended for individuals with signs of Dampness (e.g., abdominal distension), cold stomach and early stages of colds or fevers to prevent “locking in” the pathogen.
