Description



The following symptoms will occur once liver heat & toxins accumulate, liver function in declining and metabolism slowing down :
Yin deficiency, internal heat, dry and bitter mouth, heavy breath, dull complexion, bloated stomach, dry & fatigue eyes, oily hair, hair loss, acne, poor sleep, insomnia, dreaminess, long-term constipation, yellow urine, sticky stools, fatigue, weak body, loss of appetite, weak constitution and poor immune system.

Preparation
• 14g individual sachet ( 1-2 servings )
1. Rinse all the ingredients and pour into a thermos flask, teapot or a cup.
2. Add 500ml of hot water and brew for 15-20 minutes.
3. Add rock sugar, honey (optional) etc, according to your preference or
4. Rinse the ingredients, add water in a pot and boil for 5-10 minutes.
