Tips

· Brewing: Add about 300ml (10 oz) of boiling water and steep for 3–5 minutes. The tea can be re-steeped multiple times.
How to Make the Perfect Cup
Method 1 :
1. Give the herbs a quick rinse with cool water.
2. Simmer the ingredients with 600-700ml of water in a pot for 20 minutes.
3. Steep after turning off the heat: Finally, add the goji berries, turn off the heat, cover, and steep for 5 minutes. Then it’s ready to drink!
4. You can also use a herbal tea maker. After brewing, the ingredients can be steeped again throughout the day.

6. Do not discard the herbs after one use. They are designed for multiple brews. Enjoy 2-3 flavourful infusions by adding fresh hot
