Black Dates, Jujubae Fructus Praeparataknown as Hēi Zǎo (黑枣) or Wū Zǎo (乌枣) in Chinese are a powerful, deep-acting Blood and Kidney tonic, specialised herb that treating chronic patterns of deficiency, particularly those involving the Blood and the foundational Kidney Essence.
