Korean Ginseng Root (Panax ginseng, also known as Korean red ginseng) is a highly valued herb in traditional medicine, particularly in Korea, China, and other East Asian countries. It is renowned for its adaptogenic properties, meaning it helps the body to maintain balance.
TCM Use : Considered a “warming” herb, for yang deficiency. It greatly replenishes vital energy and has a warming effect.
Best for : Individuals with weak Qi, low energy, pale face or complexion, cold limbs, weak digestion, poor immunity, poor blood circulation, insomnia, preconception planning, weak body due to long-term / post-illness, women with heavy periods / menstrual blood loss, postpartum recovery, anemia, etc.
Note : Not Recommended for pregnant/nursing women, infant, young children, individual with autoimmune diseases, high blood pressure, blood-thinning meds, heat symptoms, allergy and on medication without medical advice. It is recommended to consult a doctor before consumption.
