Preparation
1. Rinse all the herbs & ingredients well and pour into a pot.
2. Add 2.5L of water ( according to your preference ) and bring to boil on high heat and simmer with low heat for 1 hour.
3. ( Optional ) Add rock sugar or honey to taste or add nothing as dried pear and sugar cane are naturally sweet in taste.
