Cooking Instructions
1. Rinse the herbal ingredients thoroughly.
2. Add all the ingredients into a pot. Cover with water 2000ml, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 1 hour.
3. Strain out all the herbs using a sieve, add a little rock sugar or honey to taste (Optional), according to your preference, but monk fruit tastes naturally sweet and delicious.

Tips
• The leftover herbs can be re-boiled for a second round.
• If you prefer a stronger brew, use less water – it’ll be more concentrated and the effects will be amplified.
• Do not shorten the boiling time – letting it simmer for the full duration is key to drawing out all the flavors and benefits.
• Strain – enjoy it hot or chilled, both are fantastic!
