Precaution
Because this formula contains cooling herbs (Mianyinchen, Kapok, Plumeria), do not drink it daily for months. Treat it as a short-term remedy :
· Stop once your tongue coating clears and stool firms up
· It should not be consumed if you have a cold, flu, cough, cold body constitution, a weak, cold spleen/stomach, women during menstruation and during a wind-cold type cold (exterior cold syndrome).
· Drinking too much overly chilled herbal tea in the refrigerator may trigger a cold-related cough (as it may become too cooling in nature)
· Avoid during menstruating.
· Pregnant women – the herbs have strong diuretic and cooling effects. Should consult a healthcare professional before consuming herbal tea.
Consultation with a physician / healthcare professional is advised prior to consumption for pregnant women, those with diabetes, any ongoing medical conditions, known allergies, or individuals on medication, especially when you have underlying health conditions.

Cooking Instructions
1. Rinse the herbal ingredients thoroughly.
2. Add all the ingredients into a pot. Cover with water 2000ml, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 1 hour.
3. Strain out all the herbs using a sieve, add a little rock sugar or honey to taste (Optional), according to your preference.
Tips
• The leftover herbs can be re-boiled for a second round.
• If you prefer a stronger brew, use less water – it’ll be more concentrated and the effects will be amplified.
• Do not shorten the boiling time – letting it simmer for the full duration is key to drawing out all the flavors and benefits.
• Strain – enjoy it hot or chilled, both are fantastic!
