Prunella Vulgaris (Xia Gu Cao), Dried Mulberry Leaf (Sang Ye), Chrysanthemum(Ju Hua) & Monk Fruit ( Luo Han Guo).
Health Benefits

• Mulberry Leaf (Sang Ye) – Disperses wind-heat, clears the lungs, and brightens the eyes.
• Chrysanthemum Flower (Ju Hua) – Clears heat, calms the liver, brightens the eyes, and relieves wind-heat.
• Prunella Vulgaris (Xia Gu Cao) – Clears liver heat, brightens the eyes, and reduces swelling and nodules.
• Monk Fruit (Luo Han Guo) – Clears heat, moistens the lungs, soothes sore throat, and relieves constipation.
Precaution
Cooling teas are not for everyone. Do not give to infants/toddlers without a practitioner’s advice .
· It should not be consumed if you have a cold, flu, cough, cold body constitution, a weak, cold spleen/stomach, women during menstruation and during a wind-cold type cold (exterior cold syndrome).
· Drinking too much overly chilled herbal tea in the refrigerator may trigger a cold-related cough (as it may become too cooling in nature)
· Avoid during menstruating.
· Pregnancy : Pregnant women should consult a healthcare professional before consuming herbal tea.
· Diabetics : Not recommended to diabetic patients as some of the herbs are naturally sweet.

Cooking Instructions
1. Rinse the herbal ingredients thoroughly.
2. Add all the ingredients into a pot. Cover with water 2000ml, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 1 hour.
3. Strain out all the herbs using a sieve, add a little rock sugar or honey to taste (Optional), according to your preference, but monk fruit tastes naturally sweet and delicious.
Tips
• The leftover herbs can be re-boiled for a second round.
• If you prefer a stronger brew, use less water – it’ll be more concentrated and the effects will be amplified.
• Do not shorten the boiling time – letting it simmer for the full duration is key to drawing out all the flavors and benefits.
• Strain – enjoy it hot or chilled, both are fantastic!
