The item prices on the website do not include shipping charges. Shipping charges are based on package’s volumetric & shipping distance. ( Shipping rate is cheaper with heavier order’s package weight/volumetric ) If you require your package by a specific date, please make a note in the comment box and we will do our best to accommodate you.
All packages are shipped out within 1 – 3 working days. ( Every package has a tracking number, can be traced and signature on delivery.)
Please understand that the package shipment is totally out of our control once its shipped. Thus, customers are advise to include your contact number or any other important details ( message ) when you place order.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 1-2 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

Returns & Refund
- Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery
- Returns must be returned in it’s original package attached with your receipt

Please provide the returned item parcel consignment number for all returns.
What Will I Get Back After Returning An Item(s)?
You will be eligible to have a full refund or a prorated refund debited to your PayPal account.

Request attached with condition of item (photo and details of purchase) in email, will speed up our overall process to get your refund and it will be reference/record purposes.
How Long It Takes For My Refund/Replacement Item(s)?
Kindly allow a minimum of 5 working days from the date we receive your returned item(s).
Refund will be based on customer’s actual paid amount. Final payment to refund, voucher/promotional codes cannot convert into cash term.
